Inaugural “Career Day” a big hit for middle schoolers

Last week, middle school teachers Mr. Carson and Mrs. Linart introduced the first-ever Career Day to help students learn more about employment opportunities and career pathways. Board of Education adopts budget proposal for 2026-27 school year

On Thursday, April 23, the Fonda Fultonville Board of Education approved the proposed $37,430,408 school budget for the 2026-27 school year. The proposed budget includes a 1.70% tax levy increase, which stays below the district’s assigned tax levy “cap” of 2.08%. Budget approval requires a simple majority of votes (50% plus one).
