PDC credit process for FFTA:

All PDC must be preapproved before the PD is completed by filling out the 2023-2024 preapproval form. Approval is contingent on the PD qualifying under the PDC guidelines in the FFTA contract. Once preapproved and the PD is completed by the FFTA staff member, the staff member must submit proof of completion of the PD in KissFlow (FFTAPDC Request for In-Service Credit) to receive in-service credit. The deadlines to submit are December 1st and June 1st. No in service credit will be awarded based on preapproval. In service credit is only granted if approved in KissFlow and submitted by the dates above. The submission in KissFlow must be done within 10 months of the completion of the PD and in line with the two deadline dates.
