FFCS announces winners of districtwide “bus safety” poster contest

Earlier this week, the Fonda-Fultonville CSD recognized the three winning candidates for the annual district wide bus safety poster contest. Recycling for a Cause

Students at FFCSD run a recycling program coordinated by teachers Sherri Lott and Bob Headwell. Paper, bottles, and cans are collected weekly and the returnable profits are donated to a local organization each month. With October being breast cancer awareness month, $100 was donated to St. Mary’s Cancer Center Services program.

On Tuesday, November 14, the Fonda-Fultonville community voted on its new mascot name that will go into effect next school year.
