Dear Fonda-Fultonville Families:
With the end of the school year here, we are beginning to prepare for unused medication pick up from the nurses’ office. Unless the student has permission to self carry, we are unable to have them bring home medications themselves. We will be available in the nurses’ office from 7:30am – 3:30pm each day and will be available until 6:00pm on June 25th for pick up. If these times do not work, please contact the nurses’ offices to make arrangements.
Medications not picked up by noon, June 26th will be discarded. If your child is enrolled in the summer program, medications can remain in the nurses’ office.
