FFMS Character Education Selections – Third Quarter

Character Education is proud to announce that Maroon & Gold Awards for the third quarter were distributed on Wednesday, April 24th. The individuals who received these awards were nominated by their team of teachers or special area teachers throughout the building. Students were chosen based on their outstanding display of kindness and empathy this quarter as well as our character traits of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, citizenship, and perseverance.

Character Education Advisor, Katelyn Fletcher, along with building principal, David Zadoorian, and Assistant Principal, Kyle Roberts, were delighted to present these deserving students with a certificate and prizes in their “Maroon & Gold Badge” during the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade lunches. Students received various school based incentives/ prizes such as a ¨no homework pass¨ and ¨bonus points pass¨ as well as an ice cream treat in the cafeteria, and a Stewartś ice cream card. 

Congratulations to everyone on a great third quarter! Character Education encourages everyone to keep up the great work and enthusiasm moving into the fourth quarter!
