Earlier this month, two Fonda-Fultonville administrators received the Excelsior award from the School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS) Region 6. The Excelsior award is presented to administrators whose dedication and professionalism have made an impact for children and their school community. This year, Superintendent of Schools Mr. Ciaccio and Director of Curriculum and Instruction Ms. Collins were both presented with the award at a Region 6 ceremony on Thursday, August 11.

“At FFCS, we are laser-focused in preparing our students to be successful,” said Superintendent of Schools Mr. Ciaccio. “We are honored to be recognized, alongside our colleagues, by SAANYS with this award. That being said, we could not be included in this conversation without the hard work and dedication provided by our districtwide faculty and staff on a daily basis. We are fortunate to have passionate educators that are the best at what they do, and to have dedicated students and parents that value education.”
