This document repeals all documents or portions thereof with that it may be in conflict and is intended to supersede all prior discipline codes for students. - Document Saving Clause
Any section of this document found by the Commissioner of Education to be contrary to law shall be stricken without effect to the remainder. No portion of this document shall be in conflict with the Education Law of the State of New York or any other statute or law or collective bargaining agreement.
Any person having inquiries concerning the Fonda-Fultonville School District’s efforts to comply with implementing the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) or Section 504 is directed to contact Director of Special Education, 112 Old Johnstown Road, Fonda, NY 12068, (518) 853-3182, who has been designated by the district to coordinate the District’s efforts to comply with the regulations implementing the ADA and Section 504.
