The Fonda-Fultonville Central School District announces that qualified residents interested in seeking a seat on the Board of Education must file a petition for nomination, which must be signed by at least 25 voters of the district. Nominating petitions may be picked up at the district office at 112 Old Johnstown Road from 8 am to 3:30 pm Monday-Friday, by email to lmaves@ffcsd.org or by calling 518-853-4415 Ext. 4230.
Petitions must be returned to Lori Maves, District Clerk, on or before 5:00 p.m. on April 21, 2025. Candidates must be a qualified voter of the district and must have resided in the district for at least one year prior to the election. Three seats are available (two for 3-year terms and one for a 1-year term) for anyone interested in running for a seat on the board.
The election will take place on Tuesday, May 20th, from noon to 9:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium lobby.
