My name is Kathy Bostick. I am Christian. I am married. I have four children, and we are raising my three-year-old grandson. We moved here four years ago from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am an insurance broker, but not currently writing policies so I can focus full time on my grandson Noah. When we moved here, I watched my two youngest children flourish at FFCS. Noah will be attending the Pre-K program at FFCS in September and I want to be involved in his education, this great school district and serving the community.

Raymond Phillips

Raymond Phillips was born in January of 1981 in Schenectady, NY. Growing up in Schenectady, he attended Schenectady High School and Schenectady County Community College, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

After completing his education, Ray initially embarked on a very successful career in finance, and later, with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, where he currently serves as a manager of tax auditors. His professional journey reflects his dedication to public service, and an unwavering commitment to his work.

Outside of his career, Ray enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. He enjoys camping, swimming, and sports, which contribute to his active lifestyle. However, one of his most cherished roles is that of a coach and mentor to the youth of Fonda-Fultonville. Leading youth basketball, softball, and soccer teams, he strives to instill values of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance in his young athletes. In 2024, he began serving as the Treasurer of the Fonda-Fultonville Little League board, a role which he has enjoyed immensely, and has allowed him to continue to give back to his community. Ray considers his most notable achievement to be his journey into parenthood, where he has embraced the responsibilities and joys that come with raising children. His commitment to his family and community reflects his character and the impact he seeks to make in the lives of others.

Ray’s vision is to bring a solution-based approach to the issues faced by FFCSD students, teachers, and staff. Providing adequate support to teaching staff is paramount to the success of our children. Likewise, his ability to proactively problem-solve many issues will contribute to the overall success of the district, ensuring that all children receive the educational opportunities which they deserve.

He resides in Sprakers with his wife of 16 years, Bonnie, and their 9-year-old daughter, Jennifer, a fourth grader at Fonda-Fultonville Elementary.

Hello there, my name is Jessica Munson, and I am seeking another term to serve our board here at Fonda-Fultonville.  Let me tell you a little bit about me. I am a married mom of four. I am a FFCS Mama through and through with my children enrolled here in our school district. I have twin girls in our elementary school and I have a son who is in our high school. Having children here at

FFCS allows you to see what amazing people we have here that make up our community. I have been so proud and humbled to be part of the FFCS community.  You can see me cheering from the sidelines from Little League to Friday night lights with our football boys. I love having the opportunity to come into our elementary school and teach our young scholars about what I  do and how to recognize their feelings. I have been working in our local communities my entire career as a Licensed Counselor for the past 18 years. I have worked in a variety of settings in our communities including our schools, local mental health clinics, local hospitals and emergency room, family court system, and in our County correctional facility.

I am currently working at my own private practice serving our local communities with people of all ages.  I have been taught in my life that it is a must to serve others and to give back to our communities. I have had the privilege of serving on the board for the past year and have seen what it takes to run this amazing village that we call Fonda-Fultonville. I would love to continue to be a part of it, if you will elect me as your school board of education representative this election. Let’s continue to put our village first and make sure that our children are at the center of that village. That is my mission as a School Board representative to make sure that our children continue to come first and benefit from a variety of opportunities that they can engage in while getting the best education here at Fonda-Fultonville.  I want to continue to advocate for resources and programs that allow our students integrative opportunities to learn that best suit all learning styles.

I want to continue to build insight and awareness to our students’ social and emotional needs so we can support them and their teachers in their classrooms during their journey with us. I want to ensure that we are seeing every student as a whole person and that we are breaking down barriers to learning. These are just some of the things that I would like to focus on. Please consider me for election this term. Thank you for your time.

Born and raised in Glen, New York, I am a proud lifelong member of the Fonda-Fultonville community. My sons, grandsons, and I all graduated from Fonda-Fultonville Central School, and I have dedicated my career to education, serving as a speech therapist and special education teacher for thirty-nine years. I’ve also had the privilege of serving on the FFCSD Board of Education for twelve years, including ten as Vice President. In addition, I am an active member of the Curriculum Committee and represent the Board on the district negotiating team, working to support students, staff, and families across our district.

Brooke Cuddy

My name is Brooke Cuddy and I’ve been a proud resident and taxpayer in the Fonda-Fultonville Central School District since 2008. I earned my bachelor’s degree Elementary Education from Suny Oneonta and my master’s degree from Walden University. I’ve been a full time teacher since 2008 and currently teach in Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Central School District as a third-grade teacher.

My husband Chris and I have three children who attend Fonda-Fultonville, and like many families in our district, we care deeply about the quality of our schools and the well-being of our children. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer at several school events and evening activities. I currently serve as President of the Fonda Youth Soccer League. Under my leadership, the league has seen significant growth, with enrollment nearly doubling over the past 5 years. These experiences have helped me strengthen my leadership and organizational skills and deepen my connection with our school community.

I’m running for the Board of Education because I believe in fostering a safe, supportive learning environment for all students while also being mindful of our responsibility to taxpayers.

As both an educator and parent, I’m committed to ensuring our students have access to diverse educational and extracurricular opportunities that help them grow into confident, independent, and capable individuals.

If elected, I will advocate for academic excellence by supporting evidence-based teaching practices, early literacy, and math initiatives, and expanded access to enrichment and intervention programs. I believe in providing professional development opportunities that empower our educators and improve student outcomes. I also support integration of technology to enhance learning while still maintaining a solid and encouraging teacher-student connection in the classroom.

I truly value the small-town feel of our district and the strong community support that surrounds our schools. When I’m not in the classroom or at school events, I enjoy coaching my kids in various youth sports and staying active in programs that make a difference in their lives- and in ours as parents.

I will be honored to have your support and the opportunity to serve our community on the Fonda-Fultonville School Board.
