At-home learning will continue for the remainder of the 2019-20 academic year because of the ongoing COVID-19 public health situation. The 2020-21 budget vote and board elections will be conducted by absentee ballot only. Qualified voters must return ballots to the district by 5 p.m. on June 9.

Key Club serenades guests at historical society event

seven high school students sing at the front of a former churchThe Fonda-Fultonville High School Key Club brought the sounds of the holiday season to the Charleston Historical Society’s “Christmas in the Country” event on Dec. 2.  The Key Club sang carols and played instrumental holiday melodies. Key Club member Delaney Grady sang a solo of “Silent Night” which was compelling in the setting of the historical society’s headquarters, which is the former historic Charleston Baptist Church. Key Club members also did readings of Christmas stories. Members who participated were Amanda Clifford, Natalie Demitraszek, Ashley Eaves, Lauren Etzkorn, Delaney Grady, Shey Sanges, Emma VanGorder.
