Health and Safety | Policy 7521

The Board of Education recognizes its duty to protect the health, safety, and morals of all students while in attendance at Fonda-Fultonville Central School District or school sponsored activities. When evidence is presented or made available to school authorities which indicates that the health, safety, or morals of any student is jeopardized by a fellow student, appropriate action shall be taken for the best interests of the total student body up to and including the indefinite suspension of said student. Final disposition will be made upon the merits of each case as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education.
