Fundraising | Policy 7412

Students may use the buildings and grounds of the Fonda-Fultonville Central School for fund raising for school related or educational activities, provided that such activities are for the benefit of a non-profit organization which is educational or charitable in nature. Fund raising by or among students shall be limited to such activities and purposes. It shall be the responsibility of the building principal to determine whether the project is school related or educational and whether the means for raising the funds are appropriate.

Care must be taken to prevent fund raising projects from overburdening any segment of the community. When it is anticipated that such projects will extend to more than one individual school community, prior approval of the Superintendent of Schools must be obtained.
