Students who are residents of the district shall be entitled to attend district schools or a school of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services without payment of tuition when one of the following conditions apply:
1. Students over five (5) and under twenty-one (21) years of age without a high school diploma.
2. Students who are entitled to such services as specified in New York State Education Law.
3. Students under twenty-one (21) years of age with a high school diploma, where special circumstances exist, may be given individual consideration by the Superintendent of Schools and may be provided educational services upon recommendation to, and approval by, the Board of Education.
Resident students under twenty-one (21) years of age who have received a high school diploma and who do not meet any of the above conditions shall be permitted to attend classes in district schools or a school of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services upon payment of tuition.
