Class Funds | Policy 5522

All class funds, except for a sum in an amount not to exceed $1,000.00, must be expended by a graduating class, prior to their graduation from the Fonda-Fultonville Central School District.

Unexpended funds after graduation, excluding the alumni deposit in an amount not to exceed $1,000.00, will be turned over to the general fund of the school district for use in the educational programming of the district. The class, class advisor, principal or the Superintendent will determine where the class money (exceeding the sum of $0 – $1,000.00) is to be expended.

The chosen sum, $0 to a maximum of $1,000.00, may be withdrawn by the class officers to be used for post graduation (alumni) activities. The funds withdrawn shall become the custodial and accounting responsibility of the class, their designee, or party to whom the funds are assigned.
