Superintendent of Schools | Policy 4310

The Board recognizes the necessity for the Superintendent to have a clearly defined job description which outlines the responsibilities and authority of the position. The job description should be developed and revised through joint discussion between the Board and the Superintendent. The job description shall be reviewed for appropriateness minimally every two (2) years by the Board and the Superintendent. A copy of the Superintendent’s job description will be maintained in the appendix of this Handbook.
