Evaluation of the Superintendent and Other Administrative Staff | Policy 4260

The Board of Education will meet annually with the Superintendent in August to establish priorities for that school year. These priorities will be built around the responsibility areas outlined in the Superintendent’s job description. The evaluation of the Superintendent will take place annually in June to determine the degree of achievement of the priorities that were established in the previous August. Additionally, there may be a mid-year review of progress toward the priorities at the discretion of either the Board or the Superintendent.
