  • Come to class prepared:  This includes having homework completed on time, having writing utensils, having your binder, having your textbook, having your agenda, etc.

Basically, being prepared means that you have all of the materials necessary for taking an active role in your learning.  No pencil means you cannot record important information.  No textbook means you cannot refer to diagrams or pictures that directly relate to the concept we are studying.  No homework means that you don't have the work in front of you that shows you have put time and effort into practicing the concepts we have learned...I think you get the idea.

  • Listen while others are speaking

  • Treat others in a respectful manner

  • Do not leave your seat at the end of class until I dismiss you
