"Make-your-own" items temporarily removed from high school menus
The high school cafeteria will discontinue
serving "Make-your-own" entrees until the flu season passes. "We
regret having to make this decision, but the risk of spreading
the flu greatly increases with the use of shared utensils such
as those spoons and tongs found on the 'make-your-own' bars in
our cafeteria," said District Superintendent Dr. James Hoffman.
"As soon as the risk of flu decreases, we will put these popular
items back on our menu."
Note: Free and
Reduced Meal Applications must be filed for the each school year!
