evaluates the quality of the special education programs by closely
examining four indicators:
Student
Progress and Growth Toward IEP Goals As Measured at Annual
Review IEP Meetings and Triennials.
Program
Evaluation Questionnaires Completed by Staff and Parents (See
Appendix B)
Student
Progress on SED tests as Indicated by the District Report Card
Results in comparison to the SED Benchmarks. The Benchmarks list
goals that all schools must try to achieve; e.g. grade 4 level 3
on ELA and Math.
Review of
district special education data and the development of the
Comprehensive System of Personnel Development plan.
