On May 18, Fonda-Fultonville elementary and middle school students were presented with certificates of merit by Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara for their involvement in the Legislative Art Show.
The Fonda-Fultonville Instrumental Music Program participated in the Music in the Parks festival in Sandusky, Ohio May 13-15. Fonda-Fultonville High School agriculture teacher Sheri Boardman was recently named the winner of the New York Association of Agricultural Educators (NYAAE) Teacher Turn the Key State Scholarship.
The Fonda-Fultonville Central School District recently won a $4,400 Lowe’s Toolbox for Education grant, which will fund computers and tablets to allow art students to complete graphic manipulation of digital photographs and a 3-D printer to allow students to print three-dimensional digital artwork.
